AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN (15,519) MODIFYING THE LOCATION OF
SEVERAL COLLECTORS IN THE KIRK ROAD
AREA, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
. WHEREAS, an affected property owner requested a
modified collector location; and,
WHEREAS, the Public works and Planning Staffs after
review of the area believe the modification will have little
to no affect on the circulation pattern; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
review of the issue agrees to the location modification;
and,
WHEREAS, the Master Street Plan Amendment, Ordinance
No. 17,507 requires changes to the Design Specification
Chart as well as to the Recommended Cross Sections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In the Master Street Plan text section
entitled "Functional Classification of Street System -
collectors" the following is added.

SECTION 2. The Master Street Plan Map is modified as
shown on the attached sketch.
SECTION 3. That in the Master Street Plan text section
entitled "Design Standards on the Design Specification
Chart ", the Minimum pavement width (back to back of curb)
for, Principal Arterial be changed from 66 feet to 52 feet,
and the foot note to change from 66 feet of pavement width
with proper provision for future widening to two 26, back to
back pavement width with proper provision for future
widening.
SECTION 4. That in the Master Street Plan text section
entitled "Design Standards on the Design Specification
Chart", the Minimum pavement width (back to back of curb) 572
for Minor Arterial be changed from 60 feet to 59 feet.
SECTION 5. That in the Master Street Plan text section
entitled "Design. Standards on the Design Specification
Chart", the Minimum pavement width (back to back of curb)
for Residential be changed from 27 feet to 26 feet.
