AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED DAIRYLAND PCD
LONG FORM (Z- 6318), IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PCD, Planned Commercial District.
A parcel of land in Section 6, T1N, R13W, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Part of the W 1/;2 NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N, R-
13-W and part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4,
Section 1, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as: Beginning at the southeast
corner of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 1; thence
N89139118 "W along the south line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4,
1313.80 ft, to the southwest corner thereof; thence N
89139118" along the south line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4,
54.02 ft.; thence N22'32100 "E, 99.25 ft.; thence
northeasterly following the arc of a 746.20 ft. radius
curve to the left having a chord bearing and distance
of N12'01158 "E, 269.32 ft.; thence N01'38'10 "E along a
line which is 30.00 ft. east and parallel with the west
line of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 591.20 ft. to a point
on the south right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway;
thence southeasterly along the said south right -of -way
line following the arc of a 894.93 ft. radius curve to
the right having a chord bearing and distance of
581124119 "E, 226.47 ft., thence continuing along the
said right -of -way line the following bearings and
distances; 574'08117 "E, 238.29 ft.; N16'18'06 "E, 30.00
ft., 574104121 "E, 898.82 ft. to a point on the west
right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence 513'27122 "E
along the said west right -of -way line 420.79 ft.;
thence N87103'20 "W, 166.95 ft. to a point on the east
line of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S01'17142 "W
along said east line 236.58 ft. to the point of
beginning, containing 1,101,878.94 square feet or
25.2957 acres more or less. Located at the Southeast
Corner of Kirk Road at Chenal Parkway.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development 568
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Dairyland (Long -Form PCD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred
