AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6308 - Described as part of Sections 8 and 9,
T -1 -N, R -11 -W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pipe which is the common
corner of Sections 8, 9, 16 and 17, T -1 -N, R -11-
W, and running West along the South line of
Section 8, 33.9 feet to an iron pipe which is
the point of beginning; thence continuing West
46.4 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of
the levee right -of -way; thence N50 018' East
204.2 feet along the South levee right -of -way
line to an iron pipe; thence N31043' East 198.6
feet along the said levee right -of -way line to
an iron pipe in the West line of Fourche Dam
Pike; thence S0 048' East 186.1 feet along said
West line of Fourche Dam Pike to an iron pipe;
thence 5730221 west 87.6 feet to an iron pipe
which is the beginning of a curve; thence in a
southwesterly direction along the arc of a 276.7
foot radius curve to the left 163.3 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0.45 acres, more
or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
General Commercial District. (6215 Fourche Dam
Pike /6214 East Roosevelt Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
