HomeMy WebLinkAbout17543537 ORDINANCE NO. 17,543 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VILLAGE AT RAHLING ROAD (Z- 6323) LOCATED AT CHENAL PARKWAY AND RAHLING ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver commercial street requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for The Village at Rahling Road located at Chemd Road and Rahling Road, as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring 60 foot right -of -way and 450 foot centerline radius be waived. The minimum right -of -way provided will be 40 feet with accompanying sidewalk, utility and drainage easements. The centerline radius shall be permitted to be 179 feet for this commercial loop street. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
