AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED THE VILLAGE AT
RAHLING ROAD LONG -FORM PCD (Z -6323)
LOCATED AT CHENAL PARKWAY AND RAHLING
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from C -2 Shopping
Center District to Planned Commercial District.
A parcel of land in Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Part of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the center of said Section 36; thence
S0145134 "W along the North -South centerline of
said Section 36, 1,021.60 feet to a point; thence
northwesterly along the arc of a 2,864.79 foot
radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing
and distance of N22 055154 "W, 873.62 feet; thence
N31042105 "W, 250.67 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N31042105 "W, 1,314.91 feet to a
point; thence N58001111"E, 55.50 feet to a point;
thence northeasterly along the arc of a 1,432.39
feet radius curve to the right, having a chord
bearing and distance of N68055'41 "E, 542.22 feet
to a point; thence N79050114 "E, 600.53 feet to a
point; thence 533022'03 "E, 885.66 feet to a point;
thence 525025137 "W, 545.94 feet to a point; thence
N88001136 "W, 192.88 feet; thence S66030155 "W,
559.54 feet to the point of beginning, containing
33.2741 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for The Village at Rahling Road (Long -Form PCD)
is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within
the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
