AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED CLEAN TECH
VENTURES, PID (Z -6317) LOCATED AT 8020
BASELINE ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family and I -2 Light industrial to PID Planned Industrial
District.
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 35,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Commence at the SE corner
of SW 1/4 SE 1/4, thence NO1 049120 "E, 41.64 feet;
thence N88011'40 "W, 355.0 feet to the point of
beginning (said point being the intersection of
the North right -of -way line of Baseline Road and
West right -of -way line of Production Drive);
thence N88011140 11W along the North right -of -way
line of Baseline Road, 305.71 feet to a point on
the East line of Lot 33B, Triangle Properties
Industrial District Addition; thence NO1 024122"
East along said East line of Lot 33B, 278.14 feet
to a point on the South line of Lot 13, Triangle
Properties Industrial District Addition; thence
S88 011140" East along said South line of Lot 31,
306.61 feet to a point on the West right -of -way
line of Production Drive; thence SO1 015122" West
along the said West right -of -way of Production
Drive, 278.13 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.9548 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Clean Tech (Long -Form PID) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
