ORDINANCE NO. 17,533
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (ORDINANCE NO. 16,222) IN THE 65TH
STREET WEST PLANNING DISTRICT SOUTH OF
COLONEL GLENN ROAD AND WEST OF INTERSTATE
430; FROM VARIOUS LAND USES TO COMMERCIAL,
OFFICE AND OPEN SPACE.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Staff after
review of the area believes it is appropriate to modify the
plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after conducting a
public hearing on the issue recommends the Plan be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION ONE. An area south of Colonel Glenn and east
of Interstate 430 is changed from Community Shopping, Office
and Suburban Office to Commercial.
SECTION TWO. An area south of Colonel Gleen and east
of Interstate 430 is changed from Suburban Office and Single
Family to Office.
SECTION THREE. An area south of Colonel Gleen and east
of Interstate 430 is changed from Single Family to Park /Open
Space.
SECTION FOUR. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
