HomeMy WebLinkAbout17506ORDINANCE NO. 17,506 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17,117 A PLANNED OFFICE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED CCDC WESTSIDE SCHOOL -- SHORT -FORM REVISED POD (Z- 2559 -C), LOCATED IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY W. 14TH STREET, S. WOLFE STREET, W. 13TH STREET, AND S. MARSHALL STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,117 was passed February 20, 1996 establishing a POD Planned Office Development District. WHEREAS, the approved uses has been revised to include 95% office lease space and 5% light manufacturing. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property is changed from POD to Revised POD. A parcel of land in Section 9, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and located in the block bounded by West 14th Street, S. Wolfe Street, W. 13th Street, and S. Marshall Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Block 10, Centennial Addition SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan be approved. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the Westside School Short -Form Revised POD is time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
