AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4325 -B - Described as the SE 1/4. SE 1/4, NW
1/4, and the South 1/2, NE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
all in Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 14.92
acres, more or less;

Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 NE
1/4 of Section 5; thence N00011103" East along
the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 403.08, to
the Point of Beginning; thence continue
N00 011103" East along the West line of said SW
1/4 NE 1/4 300.01; thence S87 048127" East 619.97
feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of
Stagecoach Road (Arkansas Hwy. 5); thence
S26 002.30 "West along the West right -of -way line
6 of Stagecoach Road 328.011; thence N87048127"
West 487.30, to the Point of Beginning,
containing 3.81 acres, more or less: From "MF-
6" Multifamily and "MF -12" Multifamily to "R -2"
Single Family district. (west of 9600 Block of
Stagecoach Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
