AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A
CONDITIONAL WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, TRACT 19,
CHAMBERS ADDITION LOCATED AT 13 & 17
SHEILA LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
a conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and
Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Lots 1 and 2, Tract 19, Chambers
Addition located at 13 & 17- Sheila Lane, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half
of the required Master Street Plan improvements for Sheila Lane and County
Line Road be conditionally waived in accordance with the provisions of Section
31 -143. The specific conditional waiver is for residential street improvements
for Sheila Lane and minor arterial improvements for the planned County Line
Road including sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
