HomeMy WebLinkAbout17498ORDINANCE NO. 17,498 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DISTRICT COMMERCIAL TITLED CENTRAL ARKANSAS MARKETPLACE LLC. SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z -6296) LOCATED AT 14502 CANTRELL ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -C. Part of the NW 1 /4, NE 1/4 of Section 19, T -2 -N, R- 13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as commencing at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence East 555.4 feet for the point of beginning; thence S16 027100" East, 188.85 feet to a point on the North right -of -way of State Highway 10; thence N71042126" East 96.7 feet along said right -of -way; thence N64034' East, 175.0 feet along Highway 10 right -of -way; thence N44 034' West, 138.42 feet; thence S76 000' West, 95.0 feet; thence West 114.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.84 acres more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan be approved. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Central Arkansas Marketplace LLC. Short -Form PD -C is time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
