AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY MASTER
PARKS PLAN (ORDINANCE 14,517), ADDING A
PROPOSED PARK NORTH OF FOURCHE CREEK TO
THE OTTER CREEK SUBDIVISION ALONG
STAGECOACH ROAD, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Parks Department Staff, finds a need for
the proposed park; and,
WHEREAS, the City has been given the site for Park
development; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
conducting a Public Housing on the matter recommends the
park site be added.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Parks Park Map is modified to add the
add area shown on the attached sketch map.
