AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
MUNICIPAL COURTS PROBATIONARY SUPERVISION GRANT
MATCH.
WHEREAS, the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Coordinating Council recommended approval of the
City's application for FY 1997 Drug Law Enforcement Program Grant Fund; and
WHEREAS, Federal funds in the amount of $117,915 would be provided with a City match of
$39,305 with the grant total being $157,220.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to appropriate funding for the Municipal Courts
Probationary Supervision Grant match.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $39,305 is available by transfer from the 1996 General Fund
Carryover Account to the FY 1997 Drug Law Enforcement Program Grant Fund.
