AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT COMMERCIAL TITLED THE SPORTS
AUTHORITY LONG -FORM PCD (Z -6278) LOCATED
WITH FRONTAGE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CHENAL
PARKWAY AND WEST SIDE OF AUTUMN ROAD, IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PCD Planned Commercial District.
A part of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and a part of Lots 20, 21, and 27
Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II) all in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 4; thence 500036.55" East
19.63 feet; thence N89 023122" West 20.00 feet;
thence S00033107" East, 325.36 feet; thence
N89023137" West, 14.19 feet for the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Thence 500033107" East, 325.22 feet;
thence N89031149" West, 289.69 feet; thence
continue N89031149" West, 25.00 feet; thence
S00021131" East, 208.01 feet to the Northerly
Right -of -Way of Chenal Parkway; thence along said
Northerly Right -of -Way along a curve to the left
having a radius of 1,165.92 feet and an arc length
of 467.45 feet with a chord bearing and distance
of N58024.36" West, 464.32 feet; thence N00023147"
West, 40.00 feet; thence N00020158" West, 254.66
feet; thence 589033108" East, 82.53 feet; thence
S89023137" East, 625.10 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 5.930 acres (258,293 square
feet) more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for the Sports Authority Long -Form PCD is time

specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
