2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE NO. 17,336 (THE CITY OF
3 LITTLE ROCK 1997 BUDGET ORDINANCE) TO INCREASE SECTION 3. AGENCY 298
4 SUPPORT AND OTHER COMMITMENTS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND
5 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, as part of the budget process, the Board of Directors has agreed and must
8 now formally amend the budget to accomplish this recommendation.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

13 SECTION 1. Section 3 of the City of Little Rock 1997 Budget Ordinance No. 17,336 is
14 amended to read as follows: .
15 The following FUTURE - Little Rock Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment (PIT)
16 project balances funded in 1996 are reappropriated to fund the matching 1997 projects:

SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined that there is an immediate and existing
emergency and urgent need to amend the 1997 Budget Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be in
effect on and after April 1, 1997.
