AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE 291
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR PRO WINDOW & DOOR,
INC., LOCATED ON BLOCK 6 OF DICKINSON MILL
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

o SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Pro Window & Door, Inc., located on Block 6 of Dickinson Mill Addition, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of section 31 -282,
requiring that whenever a commercial subdivision abuts a partially constructed public
street, a minimum one -half the street be constructed to boundary street standards. This
waiver will allow the existing pavement widths on Elm Street and 3151 Street to remain.
The right -of -way requirement will be reduced to 25 feet from centerline.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
