ORDINANCE NO. 17,447
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR PRO WINDOW &
DOOR, INC., LOCATED ON BLOCK 6 OF DICKINSON
MILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Pro Window & Door, Inc., located on Block 6 of Dickinson Mill Addition, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, requiring a sidewalk to be constructed along streets
abutting commercial development, be deferred for Elm Street and 31" Street for five (5)
years.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
