AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,347 285
AND PROVIDING FOR MODIFICATION OF THE USE
GROUP PERMITTED AND EXPANSION OF A USE;
TITLED "MAURY MITCHELL, SHORT -FORM PCD ",
(Z- 4066 -C) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR.OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be retained as PCD, Planned Commercial
District, as established by Ordinance No. 15,347.
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4, NW 1/4 Section 4, T-
1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 171, Markham
Pines Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence
S88 007113 "E along the North line of said Markham
Pines Addition a distance of 119.88 feet; thence
NO1 054'05 "E, a distance of 37.00 feet to be point of
beginning; thence continue N01054,05 "E, a distance
of 78.00 feet; thence S88 005155 "E, a distance of
78.00 feet; thence N88 005'55 "W, a distance of 28.50
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2,223
square feet more or less. Southeast corner of West
Markham at Alamo Street (11601 West Markham).
SECTION 2. That the permitted uses for this PCD be limited
to the following:
a) All permitted, by right, uses in the "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial District.
b) Laundry, Domestic cleaning as defined in Section 36 -3.
of the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance.
c) Beverage store as defined in Section 36 -3 of the Little
Rock Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be retained in the form and design established by Ordinance No.
15,347, with all changes required for expansion of the beverage
store to be inside the existing building.
SECTION 4. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
