ORDINANCE NO. 17,445
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-6258 - Described as all that part of the SW
1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 14, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas lying
south of Arkansas State Highway No. 10, less and
except the west 295 feet thereof.
Containing approximately 4.0 acres: From "R -211
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial
District. (17815 Cantrell Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
