AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 28 1
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6255 - Described as beginning at the SW corner
of the North 252.8 feet of Tract 1 of Montclair
Subdivision; thence N00 018130" East 231.26 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way line of
Hermitage Road; thence along said right -of -way
line S89042145" East 430.14 feet to a point on
the West right -of -way line of Autumn Road;
thence along said right -of -way line SO1 003136"
East 231.99 feet; thence N89 037.30" West 435.68
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.302
acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family
to "C -3" General Commercial District. (SW
corner of Autumn and Hermitage Roads, 900 Autumn
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
