AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR JOSEPHINE
STREET AND ARNOLD STREET FOR PANKEY NEW LIFE
COMMUNITY CENTER (Z -6257) LOCATED AT 13450
CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Pankey New Life Community Center located at 13450 Cantrell Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring boundary street improvements to
Josephine Street be deferred until Phase III and Arnold Street until adjacent
development occurs or five (5) years, whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is
for residential street improvements including a sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
