AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY
SPACING PROVISIONS FOR TELESITE SERVICES (5- 201 - 252
K) LOCATED AT #11 CORPORATE HILL DRIVE. �1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Telesite
Services located at #11 Corporate Hill Drive, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, limiting the spacing of driveways on collector
streets to one (1) driveway for each three hundred (300) feet of lot frontage, be waived
to provide for two (2) driveways within three hundred and forty three (343) feet
frontage with two hundred and seventy (270) foot spacing of driveways.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
