AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 250
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR PAVILION CENTRE
(Z -6252) LOCATED AT 8315 CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Pavilion Centre located at 8315 Cantrell Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan for Pavilion Centre located at 8315 Cantrell Road be waived. The specific
waiver is for five (5) feet of right -of -way. Applicant agrees to dedicate a five (5) foot
utility easement.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
