AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
.OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IN -LIEU CONTRIBUTION FOR
HIGHLAND VALLEY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (Z-
6251) LOCATED AT 15524 CHENAL PARKWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City
of Little Rock for Highland Valley United Methodist Church located at 15524 Chenal Parkway,
follows as:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -283, requiring in -lieu contributions for boundary street
improvements for Chenal Parkway prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, be
deferred for a period of three (3) years or until next planned construction, whichever
occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
