AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR CALVARY
CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE LOCATED AT 10325 W. 36"
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Calvary Church of the Nazarene located at 10325 W. 36b Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring boundary street improvements for West
36h Street, be deferred for a period of five (5) years or until further construction,
whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for minor arterial improvements
including a sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
