AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5987 -A - Described as all that part of the SW
1/4, SE 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, also
known as part of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block
19, and the East 1/2 of Walnut Street Town of
Mabelvale, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as filed in
plat Book 1, Page 157, more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at a one inch
crimphead pipe accepted as the NE corner of said
SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 3; thence 587039128"
West along the North line thereof 629.81 feet to
a cottonpicker spindle in the centerline of
Mabelvale Road; thence S05030100" West along the
centerline of Mabelvale Road 825.00 feet to a
point; thence 587006143" west 30.325 feet to a
rebar in the West right -of -way line of Mabelvale
Road and the point of beginning; thence
S05 030100" West along the West right -of -way line
of Mabelvale Road 117.48 feet to a rebar; thence
S52 047144" West along the North right -of -way
line of Halms Road 31.40 feet to a rebar in the
centerline of Walnut Street as platted; thence
N37 000124" West leaving Halms Road and along the
centerline of platted Walnut Street 161.76 feet
to a rebar; thence N87006143" East leaving said
platted street 133.80 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 10,315. square feet,
0.2368 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial

SECTION 2. That the map.referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
