AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT OFFICE TITLED JEWEL AND MOSER
ADDITION SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z -6220) LOCATED
155 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
SAM PECK ROAD AND HIGHWAY 10 IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -O Planned District Office.
Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 20, T -2 -N, R-
13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 44, Piedmont
Subdivision, Plat #A -523 in the records of the
Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence N02008141" East along the West line of said
Lot 44 232.20, to the point of beginning; thence
N74048148" West 213.311; thence N09006135" East
316.43' to a point on the South right -of -way line
of Arkansas Highway 10; thence S81034117" East
along the South right -of -way line of said Highway
170.48' to the NW corner of said Lot 44, Piedmont
Subdivision; thence 502008141" West along the West
line of said Lot 44 343.56, to the point of
beginning, containing 1.44 acres, more or less.
Located 155 feet East of the SE corner of Sam Peck
Road and Highway 10.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for JEWEL AND MOSER SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z -6220) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, 2 1
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
