AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR SIGNATURE
SUBDIVISION (S- 629 -D) LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF CHESTER STREET AND MARK-HAM
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Signature Subdivision located at Chester Street and Markham Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 3I -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan for Chester Street adjacent to lot BR and Markham Street adjacent to lot BR
and lot ER be waived for that portion beyond the right -of -way that exists and as
represented on the preliminary plat.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
