ORDINANCE NO. 17,398 160
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6240 - Described as part of the East 1/2 West
1/2 East 1/2 NE 1/4, Section 20, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying North of the
North right -of -way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 30 and South of the South right -of-
way line of a 100 foot Arkansas Power and Light
Company easement all more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 1, G.C.C.
Addition, an addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, said corner lying on the west
line of the East 1/2 West 1/2 East 1/2 NE 1/4,
said Section 20 and the South right -of -way line
of said Arkansas Power and Light Company
easement; thence S63016153 "E along said South
right -of -way line 344.89 feet; thence
S02008,29 "W along a line being 13.00 feet West
of and parallel with the East line of the said
East 1/2 West 1/2 East 1/2 NE 1/4, 798.77 feet
to a point on the North right -of -way line of
said Arkansas State Highway #10; thence
583032137 "W along said North right -of -way line
209.74 feet; thence N85025107 "W and continuing
along said right -of -way line 92.08 feet; thence
N04033130 "W and continuing along said right -of-
way line 22.57 feet to a point on the West line
of said East 1/2 West 1/2 East 1/2 NE 1/4;
thence N01007112 "E along said West line, 486.25
feet to the SE corner of said Lot 1, G.C.C.
Addition; thence N01046129 "E and continuing
along said West line and the East line of said
Lot 1, 461.07 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 6.309 acres more or less: From
"R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office
District. (North side of Cantrell Road, east of
Sam Peck Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
