ORDINANCE NO. 17,397 158
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4043 -A - Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of said Section 18 thence N87054100 "E,
415.46 feet (measured), N87053'38 "E, 415.5 feet
(record) for the Point of Beginning; thence
N08 005150 "W (measured), N08039142 "W (record),
276.44 feet; thence N06056141 "E, 239.07 feet
(measured), N06050122 "E, 238.67 feet (record);
thence S56042106 11E (measured) 556046152 "E
(record), 364.04 feet; thence S01037'00 "E,
299.84 feet (measured), 299.92 feet (record);
thence 587054100 "W (measured), 587053138 "W
(record), 300.00 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 2.991 acres (130273.77 square feet)
more or less: From "MF -24" Multifamily to "C -3"
Commercial District.
Less and Except the following described tract:
A parcel of land within the above described area
identified as floodway area within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land
description, on Flood Insurance Rate Map for the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas

revised November 3, 1993: which is hereby zoned
"OS" Open Space District. (4115 South
University Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
