AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR PINNACLE POINT
SUBDIVISION (S -1123) LOCATED SOUTH OF FINANCIAL
CENTRE PARKWAY AND EAST OF AUTUMN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Pinnacle Point Subdivision located south of Financial Centre Parkway and east of Autumn
Road.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along
streets abutting commercial development, be deferred for the frontage of lot 2 on the
new collector street until construction permit or five (5) years, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
