AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IN -LIEU CONTRIBUTION FOR
OTTER CREEK ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH (Z- 3987 -B)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City
of Little Rock for Otter Creek Assembly of God located at 9415 Stagecoach Road.
Subsection a. That Section 30 -283, requiring in -lieu contributions for boundary street
improvements for Stagecoach Road prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, be
deferred for a period of five (5) years or until thirty (30) days prior to bid opening
providing the City participates in the construction contract and the contract is to
construct Stagecoach Road to Master Street Plan standards, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect.thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
