AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,797
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED RIVER COVE OFFICE SHORT -FORM PCD
(Z- 4331 -A) AT 2000 CANTRELL ROAD, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,797 was passed on January 16, 1990
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,797 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Commercial District titled River Cove Office Short -Form PCD at
2000 Cantrell Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described below be restored to
I -3 Industrial District; and that the official zoning maps of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas indicate the change.
Part of Lot 29 of Worthen's Subdivision of the SE
1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, bounded as
follows; Beginning at a point on the Southline of
said Section 33 which is 1,060 feet East of the SW
corner (stone monument) of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 33; thence due west 235.46 feet; thence
N6030' East to the south bank of the Arkansas River;
thence Southeasterly along the south bank of said
river to a point on a line bearing N6030' East from
the Point of Beginning; thence 56030' West to the
Point of Beginning, containing 4.62 acres, more ore
less.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage and approval.
