AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE 823
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF THE
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR LOONEY'S TRUCK
TIRE CENTER, INC. (Z -6215) LOCATED AT 7416 ENMAR
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Looney's Truck Tire Center, Inc. (Z -6215) located at 7416 Enmar Drive.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along
streets abutting commercial development, be deferred for the frontage on Enmar Drive
for five (5) years.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
