AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR LOONEY'S
TRUCK TIRE CENTER, INC. (Z -6215) LOCATED AT 7416
ENMAR DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Looney's Truck Tire Center, Inc. (Z -6215) located at 7416 Enmar Drive.
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31 -282,
requiring that whenever a commercial /office subdivision abuts a partially constructed
public street, a minimum one -half the width of the street be constructed to commercial
street standards. This waiver will allow Enmar Drive to remain a 30 foot street. This
waiver does not include a waiver of the sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
