AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A MODIFICATION OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BLACKMON
CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC (BP - #96 -120) FOR A NEW
ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING AT 700
CANTRELL ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Subdivision regulations of the City of Little Rock are hereby
modified with respect to the building expansion of Blackmon Chiropractic Clinic (BP - #96 -120).
The requirement of LRC § 31 -282 to dedicate abutting street right -of -way to Master Street Plan
standard upon request for building expansion is hereby modified to the extent and subject to the
conditions stated as follows:
a. Owner shall dedicate six feet (6) of frontage for additional right -of -way of Cantrell
Road.
b. Owner shall construct six (6) foot sidewalk improvements measured from the back
of existing curb.
C. City approves a franchise for parking within the new right -of -way until street
expansion is commenced.
d. Owner's current driveway access is permitted.
e. The present location of the 25' building line shall be fixed such that building or future
expansion is not rendered nonconforming with a revised 19' front yard setback.

SECTION 2. This ordiriance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
