AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE 809
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF THE CUL-
DE-SAC REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHLAND PARK PRD (Z-
6214) LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF JONESBORO AND 12r"
STREET. -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Highland Park PRD (Z- 6214).
Subsection a. That Section 31 -202 requiring cul -de -sac pavement diameter of eighty
(80) feet and right -of -way of one hundred (100) feet be waived to allow the
construction of two cul -de -sacs which have pavement diameter of sixty (60) feet and
right -of -way diameter of seventy six (76) feet.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
