ORDINANCE NO. 17,344.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A.PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
TITLED HIGHLAND PARR LONG -FORM PRD
(Z -6214) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -4 Two Family
District to PRD Planned Residential District.
A tract of land located in the North 1/2 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 7, T -1 -N, R -12 -W more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the SE corner, West 1/2, NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 7, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence
N87025100 "W, 1,181.37 feet; thence
NO2 020'04 "B, 650.88 feet; thence S87 056156 "E,
9.09 feet; thence NO2 031101 "E, 497.14 feet;
thence N87 028154 "W, 15.02 feet; thence
N02023,04 "E, 140.00 feet to the South right -
of -way of 12th Street; thence 587028154 "E,
1,186.71 feet along the said right -of -way to
a point; thence S02 023103 "W, 1,289.44 feet to
the Point of Beginning, containing 34.87
acres more or less. Jonesboro and West 12th Streets.)
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for the Highland Park (Long -Form PRD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
