AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED
OARS BROTHERS SHORT -FORM PD -I (Z -6189) IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -I Planned District Industrial.
Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 and part of the NW
1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows:
Begin at a point 25 feet West of the NE
corner of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4, run thence
North 20 feet; thence N690581W along the
South right -of -way of Lawson Road 260 feet;
thence South 308.83 feet; thence East 245
feet to a point on the West right -of -way line
of Harkins Road; thence North and along said
West right -of -way line 200 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 1.48 acres more or
less. (Located at 16815 Lawson Road.)
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Oaks Brothers (Short -Form PD -I) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and 80 1
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
