AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED
STAMAR DRIVING RANGE LONG -FORM PCD
(Z -6178) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R2 Single
Family to PCD Planned Commercial District.
Part of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Begin at a point 18.6 feet South of the SW
corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said
Section 5; thence North along the West line of
said NW 1/4, NE 1/4 a distance of 811.70 feet;
thence 589023' East 851.85 feet; thence 505009'
West 131.6 feet; thence S47033' East 291.5
feet; thence 5200271 West 55 feet; thence
568027• East 228.25 feet to the West line of
Stagecoach Road; thence S28056' West along said
West line of Stagecoach Road for 464.30 feet to
a point 14.5 feet South of the South line of
the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence westerly to
the Point of Beginning. (9222 Stagecoach Road.)
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for StaMar Driving Range (Long -Form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
