ORDINANCE NO, 17.337
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT COMMERCIAL TITLED HUMANE SOCIETY
OF PULASKI COUNTY PD -C (Z -6165) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES LOCATED AT 14600 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -C Planned District Commercial.
Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of said Section 19; S01053153" West along the
East line of the NW 1/4 a distance of 266.67 feet
to a point on the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road
(501 R /W); thence N68034.50" West along said
centerline 384.79 feet; thence N64027112" West
along said centerline 187.69 feet; thence
N60021156" West along said centerline 140.88 feet
to a point on the South line of the said NE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4; thence 587051143" East along said
South lint 65.00 feet; thence N42002121" East
147.00 feet; thence N02008121" East 37.20 feet;
thence 576032151" East 509.70 feet to a point on
the said East line of the NW 1/4; thence
501053153" West along said East line 49.97 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 3.457 acres,
more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Humane Society of Pulaski County (Long -form
PD -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII,
Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
