AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6202 - Described as a tract of land being a
part of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the above said
East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5; thence
587047.26" East a distance of 29.90 feet to a
point on the Easterly right -of -way line of
Atkins Road; thence North, along said right -of-
way line of Atkins Road a distance of 75.12
feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North along said right -of -way line of Atkins
Road a distance of 125.19 feet to a point on
said right -of -way line; thence S86 047126 "E,
1029.67 feet to a point on the Westerly right -
of -way line of Chenal Parkway; thence around a
curve to the right through a central angle of
10041,49" an arc distance of 167.18 feet, a
radius of 1,482.39 feet and a chord bearing of
538021.56" East with a distance of 167.09 feet
to a point on the said Westerly right -of -way
line of Chenal Parkway; thence 586047126" East,
a distance of 1,133.54 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 134,933.44 square feet or
3.097 acres more or less: From "0-3" General
Office to "C -2" Shopping Center District
AND
A tract of land being a part of the East 1/2 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as follows:

point on the Easterly right -of -way line of
Atkins Road and the true point of beginning;
thence North, along said Easterly right -of -way
line of Atkins Road a distance of 75.12 feet to
a point on the said Easterly right -of -way line
of Atkins Road; thence 586047126" East, a
distance of 1,133.54 feet to a point on the
Westerly right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway;
thence around a curve to the left through a
central angle of 4014,31 ", an arc distance of
109.85 feet a radius of 1,482.39 feet and a
chord bearing of S43 043109" East and a distance
of 109.82 feet to a point on the above said
Westerly right -of -way line of Chanel Parkway;
thence N86047.26" West, a distance of 1,209.56
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
87,791.70 square feet or 2.015 acres more or
less: From "0-3" General Office to "OS" Open
Space District. (200 Block of Atkins Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
