AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4346 -A - Described as a parcel of land lying
in the NE 1/4, SW 1/4 Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13-
w, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the center of Section 35, thence run South
736.0' to a point of beginning. Thence run
South 348.19' to the North right -of -way of I-
30, thence run along said Hwy. S640491W,
136.881, thence run N010041W along the East
line of a 20' road easement 407.75' to a point,
thence run S89027130 "E, 131.5' to the point of
beginning. Containing in all 1.16 acres more
or less:
From "I -2" Light Industrial to "C -4" Open
Display District. (9712 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
