AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR IMMANUEL BAPTIST
CHURCH (Z -6197) FOR A NEW PARKING LOT TO
BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF IOTH & BISHOP STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for
the City of Little Rock for Immanuel Baptist Church's planned parking lot (Z -6197) located at
the northeast corner of 10' & Bishop Streets.
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31-
282, requiring that whenever a commercial /office subdivision abuts a partially constructed
public street, a minimum one -half the width of the street be constructed according to
commercial street standards. This waiver will allow the existing pavement widths on 10' and
Bishop Streets to remain.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
