That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the required Master Street Plan improvements for Kanis Road and Asbury Road be conditionally waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 31 -143. The specific conditional waiver is for principal arterial improvements for Kanis Road and residential street improvements for Asbury Road. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Berta Subdivision located on Kanis Road at Asbury Road. as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the required Master Street Plan improvements for Kanis Road and Asbury Road be conditionally waived in accordance with the provisions of Section 31 -143.
