HomeMy WebLinkAbout17291ORDINANCE NO. 17,291 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE RENOVATION OF FIRE STATION NO. 2 AT 9TH AND SHERNAN STREETS; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR SAID PROTECT. MW 678 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to award a contract to Anchor Construction Company, the low bidder meeting specifications, in the amount of $1,150,000 to remodel Fire Station No. 2. SECTION 2. The City Manager is also authorized to transfer $271,973 from account number 303 - 340 -0386 to account number 303 - 340 -0404 in order to completely fund this project. SECTION 3.
