ORDINANCE NO. 17,288 670
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6187 - Described as a tract of land within
the SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Starting of the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4
SE 1/4; thence N89 036106 "W along the north line
thereof, 786.61 feet to the point of beginning,
a point on the west right -of -way line of a 120
feet wide public street dedication; thence
southerly along said West right -of -way line,
being the arc of a.1,200.92 feet radius curve
to the left, a chord bearing and distance of
SO4051103 "E, 149.17 feet to a point on the
north right -of -way line of Lawson Road; thence
S40 048155 "W along said North line, 38.67 feet;
thence S58 040109 "W and continuing along said
north right -of -way line, 47.57 feet; thence
S77 035151 "W and continuing along said North
right -of -way line, 133.71 feet; thence westerly
and continuing along said North right -of -way
line, being the arc of a 1,098.92 feet radius
curve to the right, a chord bearing and
distance of 586035101 11W, 343.30 feet to a point
on the West line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence
N0002911111W along said West line, 255.50 feet
to the Northwest corner thereof; thence
589036106 11E along the North line of said SW 1/4
SE 1/4, 528.71 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2.8958 acres, more or less: From
"R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office
District. (16,500 Block of Lawson Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and 6 7 1
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
