ORDINANCE NO. 17,286
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z- 6131 -A - Described as Tract 2, Montclair
Subdivision in the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 4,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Little Rock,
Arkansas being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Tract 2;
thence South 01 002.34" West along the Westerly
right -of -way line of Autumn Road 119.35 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Tract 2; thence North
87 015135" West along the South line of said Tract 2
a distance of 216.62 feet to the Southwest corner
of said Tract 2; thence North 01017143" East along
the West line of said Tract 2 a distance of 118.48
feet to a point on the South line of Tract 1;
thence South 87 029,12" East along the said South
line 216.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
containing 0.590 acres, more or less: From "R -2"
Single Family to "0-3" General Office District.
(South of 908 Autumn Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
