AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4853 -A - Described as the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW
1/4 and part of the West 1/2 SE 1/4, Section
32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section
32; thence 501053114 "W along the West line of said
Section, 1,319.34 feet to the Northwest corner of
the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning;
thence S88 014119 "E along the North line of the said
SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 1326.25 feet to the Northeast corner
thereof; thence 501045100 "W along the East line of
the said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 1314.42 feet to the

SECTION 2. That the MF -6 zoning shall be subject to the
following conditions (proposed by the applicant) which shall
be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees
of the property.
• Phase I of the development of the property shall
include 384 dwelling units and an 18 hole golf course.
• The maximum number of dwelling units which may be
developed on the property shall be limited to 1,050.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 and 2 thereof.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
