AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR FULLER AND
SON HARDWARE (Z- 6041), AND LOCATED AT 8924
GARDNER ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Fuller and Son Hardware (Z- 6041), located at 8924 Gardner Road, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be
constructed along streets abutting commercial development, be deferred
for the Gardner Road frontage of the site until a sidewalk construction
project is undertaken that abuts the frontage, or connects this frontage
to the sidewalk on Baseline Road, or for five (5) years, whichever
occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
